MMCI (Meme Market Cap Index) is an XRPL-native, community-facing meme experiment designed for transparency, observation, and open market participation.

This Market Operations Policy describes general principles and observed practices related to MMCI’s liquidity participation and on-ledger activity. It exists solely to improve transparency and reduce uncertainty around how MMCI interacts with open XRPL markets.

   MMCI treasury wallets and balances are publicly viewable via XRPL explorers. Dashboard visualizations are provided for convenience and analytics.

2. Market Health Over Short-Term Price

   Observed actions prioritize orderly markets and sustainability rather than short-term price outcomes.

3. Open, Non-Custodial Trading

   MMCI does not restrict who may buy, sell, or trade the token on XRPL-native infrastructure.

4. No Performance Promises

   MMCI makes no representations regarding value, appreciation, or financial outcomes.

Liquidity Participation

MMCI may participate in XRPL Automated Market Maker (AMM) pools or native orderbooks to facilitate open trading. Liquidity participation may be adjusted over time based on observed market conditions.

Treasury Activity & Rebalancing

MMCI maintains treasury assets for operational continuity, transparency, and ecosystem participation. Treasury balances may fluctuate as a result of open market activity.

All treasury movements remain publicly verifiable on-chain.
